Shipping Policy

Currently, we ship only within India.

The products ordered can be expected to be delivered within 7-14 days in major metro cities in India and can take anywhere between 10-20 days for other locations in India, from the time the order is confirmed.

  

Delays in Delivery

 

These are indicative & approx. values only and items can be shipped earlier or later also on case to case basis depending on availability of item and other factors. 

Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes. We will keep you informed on the status of your order including delays if any. 

  

Important information regarding Address

 

Any changes in your address need to be informed to us within 24 hours of placing the order. You cannot make any alterations to your address 24 hours past your order placement/after the parcel is shipped.

If you want to ship multiple products to different addresses we request you to please place different orders for each delivery address.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct as some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and zip code do not match. The customer will bear the cost of any such penalties/fees. In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges for the reshipment.

Please make sure there is somebody available to collect the package when the delivery is made as in some countries parcels will be left at the door if someone is not there to receive the package or no one answers the doorbell. Our courier agents will not be able to provide sign confirmation of delivery made in such cases.

Billing Address is the address where a customer gets his bills. Shipping address is the address where the customer wants to receive their shipment. Note both the addresses can be the same or different depending on the customer choice.

 

Product Availability

 

We make an earnest effort to make sure that merchandise listed on our website is available in stock and that the prices shown are correct. In the unlikely event that we’re not able to send your order or replacement due to the unavailability of the product in our warehouse, we will inform you within a maximum of 5 working days from the date you place the order.

 

Cancellations

 

We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests within 24 hours of placement of order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once they are processed.

Lost In transit

 

We send our parcels fully insured to our customers. If Courier Company fails to deliver, you do not suffer any loss. We will not be responsible for lost/stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at the customer's address by the postal / courier agency.

 

If a shipment is lost in transit, we wait for 15 days and then reprocess the same order. In case a replacement is not available of the same design we may ask you to either take a refund or select an alternate product.

Return & Exchange Policy

The Client Friendly Return Policy

  • Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of receipt or order placement.

  • We will arrange for the item to be picked up on your behalf from your location at a mutually agreed-upon time.

  • If you choose to self-ship the item, make sure to ship it within 48 hours of submitting the return request.

  • When a returned item is received, it is subjected to a quality check. If the item is in good condition, we will begin the refund process within 48 hours.

Terms & Conditions

  • Return the item within 15 days of receiving it.

  • Return it in the same condition that it was delivered to you.

  • Use, wash, alter/tamper with, or soil the rug.

  • An item that has been damaged will not be eligible for return.

  • The item must be in its original packaging, labels, and tags. A serial number that has been altered or is illegible will also result in a void return.

  • Once the item has passed quality inspection, we will begin the refund or replacement process.

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving it. We may ask you to send us a picture of the rug to contact@puravidacarpets.com After we inspect the returned items, we will replace it at no cost.

  • India: The “15-Day Hassle-Free Return” offer is only valid for purchases made within India (Not applicable for premium range).
