Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship to addresses in India, United States, UK and Germany. No shipping will be done to PO Boxes.

Is there any extra charge for shipping?
Shipping is FREE in India but for international orders a non-refundable handling charges with freight costs will be added to the order.

How long will it take to receive my order?
It would take around 2 weeks to ship the order based on the availability and customizations in the order. For rugs and carpets, the shipping time also depends on the size of rug ordered and location for delivery. For the same the client will be intimated about the shipping and details within 2 working days. The furnishings will be dispatched & received within 3-week maximum.

What if I receive a wrong or damaged product?
We encourage our clients to carefully inspect their order upon delivery and ensure that the merchandise is not damaged in any way. If you encounter a problem, please do one of the following:

For Visible Damage: If the packaging show visible signs of damage, open the item immediately to check the contents, and ask the driver to inspect the contents in package. Immediately click the pictures and mail to buy@puravidacarpets.com and inform the team. There will be no quality inspection in that case and the replacement process will initiate within 2 days.

Please REFUSE to accept the merchandise if you feel it is damaged beyond repair.
