  • Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of receipt or order placement.

  • If you choose to self-ship the item, make sure to ship it within 48 hours of submitting the return request.
  • When a returned item is received, it is subjected to a quality check. If the item is in good condition, we will begin the refund process within 48 hours.

Terms & Conditions

  • Return the item within 15 days of receiving it.
  • Return it in the same condition that it was delivered to you.
  • Use, wash, alter/tamper with, or soil the rug.
  • An item that has been damaged will not be eligible for return.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, labels, and tags. A serial number that has been altered or is illegible will also result in a void return.
  • Once the item has passed quality inspection, we will begin the refund or replacement process.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving it. We may ask you to send us a picture of the rug to After we inspect the returned items, we will replace it at no cost.
