  • You can raise the request for exchange or return within 10 days of receipt.

  • Our team will reach you and we will get the product collected at your suitable time & venue.
  • For certain pin codes you would need to ship the product as instant pick-up won’t be possible for our team.
  • Self-shipping for a product for return is encouraged within 48 hours to avoid any further damage to the product.
  • Our quality team will first verify the returned product and if the product is damage-free, we will initiate the refund process within 2 working days.

Terms & Conditions

  • The return should be made within 10 days of purchase.
  • Make sure the product is returned in same condition.
  • Please make sure the rugs/carpets sent for exchange are not stained, soiled or damaged in any way.
  • If the quality team marks a returned product as damaged – it will not be returned. Basis their report – however an exchange option can be considered.
  • Please make sure the item code, product tags, labels and packaging slips are all returned carefully with the carpet or rug.
  • The refund or replacement or exchange will only be initiated once the item passes through quality inspection.
  • The cost involved in return or exchange needs to be borne by buyer. A credit note with 12 month validity will be shared on email.
  • In case you receive a defective item, kindly notify within 48 hours and share the pictures instantly on , the replacement process will initiate without any quality inspection.
